Filing a Grievance:

If you believe we have failed to provide these services or discriminated against you in any way, you have the right to file a grievance. You can do so by contacting us at compliance@hellopediatrics.com.

You can also file a grievance in person, by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance you may contact us at compliance@hellopediatrics.com.
